• I’m Dying & 50 Cent will be killed

    Good Morning! 

    Hope all is well with you this fine day! 

    Any way, I wanted to discuss death today. 

    I know a grim subject and one most people try and avoid unless they are confronted with it head on either with someone close to them dying or finding out you have cancer or another life-threatening disease, or watching an accident up close and personal. 

    The reason I wanted to touch on this today is I just finished a great book on audible called ‘The 50th Law’ by Robert Greene and 50 Cent. This is the second time I listened to it, but got a lot more out of it this time. It’s basically a book on fearlessness and how to create it and develop it in your life to achieve your dreams. 

    The final chapter is about death and our mortality. We all have a set amount of days on this earth, and none of us know when that is going to happen. But it will happen!

    In the book they make mention that very soon 50 Cent the rapper will need to be ‘killed off’, and a new persona will be created to fit where he is going with his career and life.

    The choices we make daily will determine if that day arrives sooner rather then later……..of course there are accidents that can take someone away like that…..but I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and the way you lead your life truly determines when your time will come. 

    We try to avoid the thought that we are going to pass everyday with the daily distractions that consume us………. the news, internet, facebook, twitter, our phones and Ipads, work, family, food, etc……

    But the fact is one day we will die. And it’s on us to live the time that we have with passion and enthusiasm and go after what we want in life and not be tied down the path that the majority will take.

    That is when I believe you will die without any regrets and you won’t fear death but embrace it, because you know that you have put everything into going after what you want in life. 

    Dr. Kelly Starrett author of Becoming the Supple Leopard says our joints and body segments are born with about 110 years worth of movement in them, and the way we move throughout life will either keep it at 110 or decrease it. I think it is the same way with total life and ENJOYABLE LIFE. 

    how to move without injuring yourselfThe way we move, the things we eat or don’t eat, the exercise we do or don’t do, the messages we put or don’t put into our head, the sleep we get or don’t get, the goals we set or don’t set for ourselves……..

    All of those determine our death date. 

    The clock is ticking, but everybody has the choice to change. 

    It’s up to you to change. It’s up to you to inspire yourself enough to take the daily actions to change and live with passion towards your goals. 

    I try and write motivational messages all the time, but motivation can wane. And does wane. I’m not always motivated, but I have a vision and goals that I’m always going after so I know what I’m supposed to do next!

    So I encourage you to change your mortality

    Instead of sitting on your death bed regretting…….welcome death……but it starts with living now!
