     Fast Paced

    Improvement Warrior Fitness training sessions that we call F.L.O (fat loss opportunity) are designed to deliver the greatest impact in only 35-45 minute sessions. Using total body interval strength & conditioning training these get the most out of you by incorporating the muscle building benefits of strength training, and the cardiovascular and fat loss benefits of ‘cardio' circuit training.

    Please note: We do no traditional ‘cardio' or running at IWF.

    Individualized, Personal Level Based Group Training

    No IWF FLO has to ever be the same! Each exercise in our IWF training sessions has multiple REGressions and PROGressions to accommodate a client who has been with us for 5 years, 5 days, has an injury, or is recovering from one. Each week you will experience different types of FLOs to ensure that you are continually making progress towards your goals.

    Our FLOs primary goals are to move you up to the next Level of our FitRanX Assessment System as well as tracking and improving your performance in our Wodify System.

    Smarter Group Training

    Most group training programs focus on getting you tired and feeling like you just had ‘an awesome workout', but IWF is different! Our primary concern is injury prevention then followed by strength & fitness gains. Why? Because if you get injured everything you gained up to that point is for naught and it will be like starting over or close to it.

    This allows our IWF program to be tailored to your specific needs and abilities.

    Our coaches (we do not employ trainers) are constantly monitoring your form & posture to keep you safe and injury free throughout the FLO. And our mobilizations help you to improve your posture and relieve soreness, tightness, pain, injury, and keep you supple & limber throughout your day.

      I cant find where to reg for group fitness is using a Living Social coupon. Also, the coupon states 1month unlimited training fitness classes, that doesnt really mean unlimited, correct? I have to pick a certain day and only attend those classes, right? Also I’m not clear on when I would attend my free Success Session. Sorry for all of the questions!

      Hey! I’m getting conflicting class times for the Downtown Columbus location. Is there a 5:15AM class? When I ‘click’ some places, it shows 6A as the earliest, and others, 5:15A.
