    What is IWF  Yoga?

Improvement Warrior Fitness Yoga was developed by martial artists for the martial arts. But don't worry you do not need to be a martial artist to benefit from this style of Yoga. I learned it from a Navy Seal commander, and it's benefits have transformed my life.

It simply combines the most powerful aspects of a typical yoga program into one. Martial artists and Navy Seals are some of the most disciplined and honorable people you can meet. Both have influenced my life in ways I cannot even describe

It is still in the practice of meditation in motion, which will change your body, spirit and mind. It is physical movement combined with poses and holds that focus equally on balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and mobility.

There are no prerequisites for strength or flexibility. Everything is modifiable for your level. Anybody can experience the benefits that Improvement Warrior Yoga have to offer.

You, as an Improvement Warrior Yogi will be progressed through linked postures and movements united with your breath, creating an intense awareness between your body, mind, and spirit.

      Hi there!
I purchased the Metabody Fitness and Yoga pass through Groupon and signed up through the Wellness Living site for a class this Saturday at your studio. Based on the things I’ve read on your webpage, it looks like I need to register here too? Is that correct? I contacted the Wellness Living site about it a few times, and they have assured me that I don’t need to register again on your site. It’s very confusing. I just want to make sure I’m supposed to be there this Saturday, since Wellness Living didn’t give me any other info after I signed up. I’ve never done yoga before…will I be out of place tomorrow? Apparently with the Metabody pass, I am only supposed to sign up for one class at a time (instead of committing to an entire season). Does that sound normal? I can’t attend every Saturday in March, so I’d hate to sign up for a season and then miss all the classes! I’m sorry for all the questions, this is so confusing!!

Thanks for your help. Will I need to commit to a schedule or full season once I register? Unfortunately, I would only be able to make it for two Saturdays in March due to a vacation. The Wellness Living site is telling me to just sign up for one class at a time…just whenever I am able to. It doesn’t really make sense to me. I might just get my money back and sign up for your class on my own. It seems less confusing that way.

You don’t need to commit. Just when you register on our site I will need to change some things around to accommodate your schedule.

      Hi,
I recently got the Groupon for the 30 class pass and I am currently on the MindBody page and it isn’t an option under series or membership–should I select a different option?
      Thank you,
      Jacalyne

        Hi, Jacalyne,

You would select the metabody 10 classes. The other 20 you have to use at another metabody participant or can use towards our fitness program
