Wanted to share a couple of things with you today.
First as you know I am huge proponent of sleep and actually sleeping/camping outside whenever possible. You cannot beat nature.
Well my tent hit a breaking point back in early December when the snowfall snapped my tent poles. So I haven't actually been able to sleep outdoors.
So for the past couple of weeks I've been going out into our woods, usually with my daughter, son, and yellow lab, Lucy— everybody gets healthier outside 😉 To collect different sized, fallen trees and branches.
See the picture above. Apparently a more permanent ‘tent' shelter like structure is needed. I think I have enough to get started, so we will see what comes of this and I'll keep you posted.
The other thing I wanted to talk to you about is a new company helping to help you sleep better and fix your light environment.
They only have 2 products right now— Low Light Level Therapy (LLLT) or PBM-photo bio-modulation or Red Light Therapy— Whatever you call it…..it works.
I've only been using it for 10 days now and last week was the first time I back squatted twice now over 200 pounds with no pain in my groin in like 8 months.
The other thing they have is Amber light bulbs.
They are LEDs and have no flicker at all (which can affect your sleep and melatonin levels) and take out 99.9% of the blue light.

Always remember your Light Environment is more important than the food or exercise you do. I know that is hard to grasp because of how we have been programmed but you won't ever know until you start doing it. Just like anything.
