The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
‘Time is on our side, girl’ said one of the greatest people ever ? however it’s only true if you are in constant motion ??towards what you want in your life.
In order to achieve we must do and get rid of the vices and overcome our procrastination.
It is a an interesting thing procrastination , because we all do it, however we do it in certain areas of our life. That is why it’s so important to identify the areas of your life where you are procrastinating that could have the biggest impact for change?? in your life.
You know I truly believe that those areas are going to be your health, Fitness?ï¸ââï¸, ?Nutrition?. So if you are procrastinating in these areas it needs to stop right now because these areas affect all other areas of your life. And if you are not doing them right now it’s affecting them in a negative way?. In a negative way is not the way of the Improvement Warrior and it is not the way to become the strongest version of yourself.
