The following circuit was to help me gear up for my FitRanX Level 7 assessment. I injured my shoulder and couldn’t do my normal dip routine.
Did I let that stop me from training completely- NO!
Always find a way to train around an injury. If you can’t mobilize, mobilize, mobilize around the injury until you can.
Never stop training. There is always a way!
This is a superset I preformed for 4 sets.
