    Age is nothing!

    The limits you put on yourself are self-imposed based on negative mind files that have been programmed with. Your health matters from birth to death!

    It’s never too late to start and everybody should be training.

    It is the fountain of youth. Never grow old, grow smarter, wiser, sexier, happier.

    It doesn’t matter your current state either.

    It starts with awareness that there is a problem and then the decision to do something about it.

    Successful people take action. They FIRE before they are ready and then AIM. Unsuccessful people constantly are getting ready and waiting until circumstances are perfect to act.
    Circumstances will never be perfect. You have to adopt your life around your priorities and health should be at the top of the list because if you lose your health nothing else matters.
    You need to believe that something can be different. Have a picture……doesn’t matter how blurry the picture, as you take action that picture will become clearer and clearer as you go, however you must keep going in order for the picture to crystalize and become a reality.

    Age is just a number. Decide to get in shape and stay that way and stop with the zig zags.

    1. 25 years old: 220 pounds about 25% bodyfat
    2. 35 years old: 190 pounds 17% bodyfat on the Paleo Diet
    3. 38 Years old: 182 pounds 10.3% bodyfat on nutritional cleansing program & ketogenic diet

    I have to post my new picture of me (taken on 10.13.16 down below). Still 38, at a body fat of 14.8%, the picture above was 10.2%.

    It starts for me once again. I always take my year and split it up into three 16 week challenges because that gives me one third of the year to focus on making myself better than I was the previous challenge. This is my 3rd 16-week challenge of the year. Starting point not where I would like it, however I took a month off from my last challenge and overate (I may be a fitness professional, but I struggle with nutrition just as much as anybody else. Usually for me it’s overeating because I still sometimes think I’m 220 pounds) and haven’t done a cleanse day in 33 days– which has brought my body fat up to 14.8%.

    My goal for this challenge is to get up to 183.5 pounds (180.5 now) and down to 7.6% body fat. Haven’t been single digits since freshman year of college.

    My finish date will be 2.2.17. Every time I do a challenge I end up being in a better place at the end of it and a better place at the beginning of a new one. Anyone can do it and my favorite part about doing this challenge is that I’m not alone. If you feel like you need a challenge, let me know! I would love to have you join me!
