    What is Paleo?

    Paleo is a lifestyle that takes you away from all the modern processed junk and teaches you to eat whole, natural, nutritious foods again. Paleo is short for Paleolithic Era. A time when disease, tooth decay, and modern issues were non-existent. Robb Wolf the author of The Paleo Solution and  the popular podcast of the same name explains it like this:

    ‘The Paleo diet is the healthiest way you can eat because it is the ONLY nutritional approach that works with your genetics to help you stay lean, strong and energetic!     30-Days To The Super New and Improved You!

    Understand this is a challenge. And it is not an easy Challenge. But if you follow through with the plan for 30-days I guarantee you, you will never go back to the way you were eating before.
    This challenge is to get you to jump start you on your way to a healthier life, never going back to the Standard American Diet (S.A.D) again!

    You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Your workout performance will be better, your work performance, your overall life performance will be better.

    By removing the ‘bad ‘foods', and some of you will be shocked at what ‘the bad' is, you remove the stuff that has been holding you back and you are able to feel, look and perform better then ever!


    Why Paleo?

    I started experimenting with Paleo in January 2011. I myself have since switched as of July 2014 to the Ketogenic Diet which is the next step up over the Paleo Diet but as I have learned and read might be too extreme for some people to jump into. The Keto diet is very high fat and very low carb. The Paleo diet is the easiest to get started with and implement the very next day which is why we are bringing it back as a regular challenge!
    Understand there are literally 100's of ways to implement any type of nutrition plan. With myself and all of my challenges we want to implement the healthiest version of it. So this challenge will not be about every meal devouring ‘Paleo' cookies or some other  treat. Paleo has gotten a bit more mainstream since we ran this contest last and just because the word ‘Paleo' is slapped on something does not make it healthy. We will help you to know the difference. 
    Paleo is also the easiest for the majority to implement.

    The first time on it, I lost so much weight so fast I had to get off it, weight loss wasn't what I was after. But I realize many people are after that. My goal was fat loss and to maintain or even increase my muscle and strength gains. After toying and studying different nutrition plans I have come up with a Paleo plan that anybody can stick with and maintain past the challenge.

    Whether you want to lose weight, or if you want to tone up, improve your workout performance, or if you want to increase your lean muscle tissue. Fitness and Nutrition play the biggest roles in a happy, productive life. Everybody is going to see the change. Your life is just getting started.

    You will receive the updated (4th edition, 2016) Paleo Challenge Ebook, along with a modifications and eating out document. Just included in this challenge is our recipe book from our Keto challenge as well.
    You don't have to enter the actual challenge to participate, you can simply register and do the challenge on your own. There is also a Private Facebook Challenge Group, information to join will be sent once you enter your information.

    Meal Plans are laid out in the ebooks. People who follow it 100% will get the best results. But I realize that won't happen for some which is why I included a modifications document.

    Just follow through with the Paleo Challenge full throttle and don't stop until the end of the 30th day!
