In IWF’s Group Fitness Interval Training, we officially introduce the 3 Phase Testing system as our Improvement Warrior Analysis.
We test all of our Improvement Warrior Fitness clients in terms of strength & conditioning, body fat, nutritional intake, and functional movement (mobility).
We also have a little fun with our clients 🙂 Don’t be shy! Be Strong!
Improvement Warrior Fitness it the best way of training clients.
Clients are able to set, and see clearly, short-term goals that are stepping stones to their longer-term goals.
In each of the 3 phases, clients will be moved ahead and weight, inches, and body fat will fall in to place.
The journey will not be easy.
This is NOT an EASY BUTTON.
Hard work is required in all phases.
We are using systems: system of strength, system of nutrition, system of functional movement, and system of health.
It then really becomes easier to achieve everything as the path is laid out for our clients.
