Yesterday was my secoond cleanse day of the 30-day cleanse challenge from Isagenix.
I'm not going to post the actual times I ate them at because I don't remember 🙂 I'm just going to post the video I made from my previous cleanse. The only thing different I do is I add to 100% chocolate squares to the routine. Isagenix recommends IsaDelights Chocolate so I just replaced with the 100% chocolate.
My training for this cleanse day was 45 minutes of Yoga.
Thursday 7.9.15 Day 11 of cleanse
Meal 1Â 815 am (wake up time 650Â am)
1 oz Ionix Supreme
Ice cream
1 scoop strawberry isalean whey
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg
1.5 tbsp butter
Red cabbage, parsley, mushrooms, rainbow chard
Meal 2—- 100 pmÂ
Steamed veggies- red cabbage and broccoli with 1.5 tbsp butter
Then just some pullups, raises and other bodybuilding type lifts.
