    You will be practicing a traditional form of Yoga in each class. “Hatha-Inspired”,  using a creative flow based on the Yoga practice of Hatha.
    Terri will also teach and implement yogic breathing, stretching, strengthening, balance, and relaxation techniques.

    • Punch Cards- Ranges from $14 to $8.50 a class. 
    • Yoga Monthly Memberships ranges from $8.50 to $5.45 a class. 

    F.A.Q About Our Yoga Program

    1. How is Yoga different then stretching or other fitness programs at Improvement Warrior Fitness? Yoga connects the movement of your body and the fluctuations of your mind to the rhythm of your breath. All which helps to direct our attention inward which is the reason yoga has been labeled as meditation in motion.
    2. I’m not flexible at all can I do Yoga? YES! You don’t need to flexible to start yoga. Terri is very capable of taking a non-flexible newbie and turn them into a flexible Yoga Superstar 🙂
    3. What benefits will I get from doing Yoga? You will build usable strength, increase your flexibility, mobility, and stability, relieve stress, and have an increased ability to focus in all other areas of your life.
    4. Is there anything needed for my first class? YES! You will need water, a yoga mat, comfortable workout clothes, and will need to fill out a waiver form. All of that will be emailed to you once you register for your free trial class.
    5. I purchased a Metabody, can I use those towards Yoga classes with Yoga with Terri or Improvement Warrior Yoga? Yes! You are allowed a total of 10 classes with your metabody. 
    6. I’m sure I’m going to love my Free Class with Terri- Are there any discounts offered on the rates? YES! All discounts are 10% and cannot be combined. We have discounts for students, police/fire/military/ems, teachers, nurses, current clients (physical or online).

    Terri Lilly Ward Yoga Hilliard

    Terri has been practicing yoga for about 3 years and enjoyed it so much she decided to teach others. She was certified in April 2014 and has been teaching ever since. 

    “Cycling and weight training are also important to me, but yoga balances her life.” said Terri. 

    “I work in Orthopedics at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and teach yoga to employees one evening a week. I look forward to teaching in my community hopefully very soon. Namaste.”

      A formidable share, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing somewhat analysis on this. And he in reality bought me breakfast as a result of I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! However yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I really feel strongly about it and love studying more on this topic.
