Did I pass this time?
My 6th attempt at passing level 7 for FitRanX.
Still waiting on the results from corporate but I did everything they asked and still completed it.
The conditioning part was tougher this time. The med ball slams I just kept going until 2:00. I was only supposed to do 50, but I lost count 🙂
My requirements for the assessment were:
- Pullups x 15
- Dips x 10 with 55 pounds
- Squats x 12 @ 170 pounds
- Overhead press barbell @ 100 pounds
- 1-Leg Single Leg Deadlift x 12 @ 70 pounds
- Suspension Trainer Pike x 20 in 1:00
- Quadset #1
- Single leg box jumps :25 each
- Double Kettlebell Windmill 12 kg x 2 :25 each side
- Battle Rope Waves x :45
- Pushup Hops 20 feet
- Rest :30 repeat 3 x
- Quadset #2Â
- Suicides x :45
- Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups x 12 kg: 1 on each side
- Kettlebell swings with 1â³ band @ 12 kg :45
- Mule Kicks x :45
- IWF Finisher
- 50 med ball slams with 12 pounds in under 2:00
Here is my previous attempt that they didn’t let go through. The main reasons was not a dead hang pullup and my swing form (break in elbows and not up to shoulder height.
