The online workout of the phase is posted below:
The video started having some streaming issues at the end. So to be safe use your own timer to time the last set.
The workout was Density sets. Perform as many reps as possible in 5:00. Goal is to pace self to get the most reps with the correct form.
Density Set #1: Pushups and Rows
Density Set #2: Side Bridge Up Downs
Density Set #3: Frog Pumps
Count your reps for each exercise. Density sets are a great way to come back to time and time again to see how you have improved over time.
