The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 19 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!
Impact your life
Isn’t a beautiful thing that you get to wake up every morning with the ability to impact your life, your family’s, and people from all wakes of life?
Some people don’t share this sentiment though. Some people wake up and reject life. Complain, bitch and moan about everything. These are dead people. Stay away or they will slowly ‘kill’ you too.
If your life isn’t where you want it to be then you have to work at changing it. Not hoping and wishing, but doing something about it. Everyday. It doesn’t happen overnight. It’s like pushing a boulder up Mount Everest; you can’t just go straight up…….your muscles will need a break, your mind will need a break, the boulder will slide down sometimes…..a lot more times in the beginning……but keep pushing, because it’s worth it! The world needs you to be better then you were yesterday. Strive baby!
