The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 22 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!Â
If you get stuck in a bad habit then our current world is a bad place for you to be.
With so much distraction you be further and further pulled into that bad habit which will possibly pull you into even more bad habits.
The more time we spend in these negative places then the worse our health will get. You must stop the madness.
It will not happen overnight.
You will falter.
You will stumble.
You will fall flat on your face.
However, you must persist and rise above.
Life is not fair for those that who do not persist. And those who do not persist will blame everything except the one thing most important-Â YOU.
You are where you are right now. Nobody and nothing else. Now is the time to conquer your life. One day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time.
