We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify.Â
The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 9 chances to hit a new PR. The PR's you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It's all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

It can take you far or it can hold you back. So it is up to you to constantly be training it by taking actions that are going to move you a little closer to your goals. To the change that you want to make. Not everyday will be a complete success oh, some days we will fall? backwards and that is fine.
?
Those are the days that we learn ?the most. If we accept it as a learning opportunity. The weak? and unsuccessful will accept it as a failure ?and will say to themselves I am a failure therefore I can never accomplish this or that!
?
However that is not you! You keep moving forward through the difficulty, through the grime, through the negative circumstances and people that are thrown at you. Because everybody goes through them oh, that is called life! And you need to get into the game and play the game every single day. Not every day is going to be a blowout, you're not going to hit a â¾ï¸homerun every time out, you're not going to make the game-winning ?shot every single day. Sometimes you're going to get sacked oh, sometimes you're going to strike out, some times you going to turn the ball over.
?
That is when you simply go back to the drawing board, and learn from your mistakes and push?? forward and do better the next time. The more you fail the more you succeed! That is the mindset you need to take into every single day oh, and every single week.

In the most important time to take that mindset is right what are you going to do in the next hour to move yourself forward!?

Your mind is a beautiful thing if you learn the ways of becoming The Gardener of your mind!
