    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 16 new PR’s this week! Nice job Abe x 4, Isaac x 2, Pennie x 2, Swathi X2, Robin, Tanya, Trace Jon, Brian, and Cohen  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

     Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 20 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

    Mental Toughness more important then the physical!

    One of the big reasons why you need to have a consistent training ??and workout routine that includes strength?️‍♂️ training and lean muscle tissue building , so I'm not just talkin cardio?. Is the mental side of things.

    Lose weight and feel great hilliard strength training
    Building up physical strength takes time and focus. There's a thing called Progressive overload and in order to make the body adapt you have to progressively overload the body with more weight, time under tension, intensity , there is numerous ways that you can do that. However, a lot of people that don't push themselves and stay at the same weight ?☠that doesn't require focus in the weight room , in the gym , because you can be thinking about other things while doing your workout and that is when your workout doesn't equal an actual workout??. It takes a lot of focus to get physically stronger!

    But as you are getting physically stronger it is also going to make you mentally stronger! And make you mentally tough.?
    ?
    And that mental toughness wiltrans pond into all other areas of your life. So little roody Poo excuses that show up won't show up as much. And then that becomes another muscle that you must constantly train in order to show up as the better you.

    You know that you need to become a better you in order to make your life better and in order to improve the lives of those around you that you want to make better. It's not do what I say, it's do what I do. Lead by example.
