The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 15 chances to hit a new PR. The PR's you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It's all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!
There's a lot of different words for routine. They can be your habits. You can call it structure. You can call it a system. It doesn't really matter what you call it oh, the most important thing is getting it into your life and making it a positive driving force towards your goals.
You may already have a routine of not having a routine that Leads to a lot of disappointment and bad habits. And also playing it by ear, not planning what needs to be planned and what needs to be accomplished for you to be better.
Structured life is a winning life. Set up rules for your life that you must follow. Sometimes they will be broken and that is life. But the more consistent you are with applying rules and structure into your life then the more successful and happy and healthy you will be.
