We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify.Â
The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This shortened week We had just 6 new PRâs this week! Back to full grind this week. Nice job Mike Mc x 3, Ethan, Pennie and Abe !  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PRâs this week!Â
This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 24 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

Now is not the time to Coast the rest of the year. Because any time that you coast and you take things easy oh, then that is when you fall behind.
?
You have to take no prisoners attitude, every single day. Now with the holidays and the Gatherings you can relax a day or two. However don't let that turn into a week or two because that will turn into a month or two and then that will turn into a year or two and then it's going to suck catching back up.
?
And unfortunately a lot of people won't be able to catch up because of the damage that they did to their selves both physically and emotionally and mentally.
?
Because if you are not mentally in the game and you are in a canoe with no paddle. Basically the ??? will hit the fan more often than not for you.
?
So it is time to dominate the rest of 2019 so you can crush the beginning of 2019!
