    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of May 27th- June 1st, 2019- Strength Training For Men & Women Dublin, Oh

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 21 new PR’s this week!  Nice job, Rae x 4, Penelope x 4, Pennie x 2, Cedric x 2,  Abe x 2, Swathi x 2, Angela, Isaac, Me, Jon, and Mike! . WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    There are 21 chances this week to set a new PR! Respective days and each chance Monday- Saturday 6, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3. The more PRs you hit the stronger you get, the more fit you get, the faster we change that body.

    You will appear weird if you are healthy in this modern day world. ?

    Health is sort of a delusion for a lot of people because a lot of people think that feeling fine is simply OK. And it is not OK to go through life just feeling fine. ?

    We need to feel awesome, we need to feel optimal, we need to get to where our life is amazing and our health is amazing and our energy is amazing and we don’t need drugs or stimulants to make it through the day. ?

    Our health is fading fast and if we don’t do something about it then we will suffer and we will ultimately perish. I’m not looking to change every single person because I know that I cannot do that period I am looking for people that truly want change and truly are tired of
    being sick and tired. ?

    It takes a new level of thinking to reach your optimal more health. Become a mitochondriac because you are mitochondria is the most important thing for your house. It is your engine. If your engine is bad you are bad. The world ??needs you to shine today!
