The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

Let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
The path to changing your behavior is never an easy one. Especially if you are wanting to change it forever. We get comfortable. However greatness never came from being comfortable. It comes from stretching ourselves to be better then we were yesterday, last month, last year. Take a look at your life and really dig deep— are you better then you were last month, in 2017, in 2016??? Well, now is the time to starting taking the actions that need done in order to become the person we want to be in the future.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours – it is an amazing journey – and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.
