    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 12 new PR’s this week!  Nice job,  Pam x 2, Me x2, Cedric, Cohen, Isaac, Karen, Mason, Pennie, Rae, and  Vince! . WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).

    That is the question we need to look for the positive in everything. Because there is always some good in all the things. Whether that is people, places, situations, circumstances,, it’s all there. ??

    However on the flip side if we are constantly looking for the bad and the negative then that will seep into our mind set and it will keep us from living our full potential. Living are greatest life. ?

    Because everything that we experience we keep in our mind, sometimes it’s buried deep within our subconscious and that is white it’s super important to and learn certain things that we have learned. Because those are the things that could possibly be keeping us back. Those are the things that create our dogma and our beliefs. Unfortunately our dogma in beliefs most of a bar probably wrong because we learn from people who learn from people who learn from people and passed down things through generation to generation. ?

    So you have to become the new you. And to do that you must focus on you and focus on the good and focus on the positive. Because the world? needs you to shine??? to day! So shine???
