    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of March 9th- March 14th, 2020- Weight Lifting Technique For Adults Columbus, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online Training, LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and our Fat Dad Program, and our New Albany Small Group Training Program, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    Biggest PR was by Travis moving up 50 pounds in the Barbell Row

    This  week We had 37  new PR’s this week! NEW PR RECORD!!!! Nice job  Will x 7, Mike x 4, Me x 3,  Travis x 3, Rae x 3, Abe x 3, Nadia x 2,  Jackie x 2, Isaac x 2, Daniel x 2, Trace x 2, Cohen, Swathi, , Vince, Kimberlee,!   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

Don't let the failures stop you. Talk to yourself better, read or listen to something or someone that is going tochange your life. Not the same bullsh*t or negative nancy's that will keep you in your rut.
