    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of June 24th – June 29th, 2019- Hilliard Fitness Workout Classes

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 38 new PR’s this week!  New all-time record!!! Nice job, Jon W. x 6 (New single person PR record in one week!), Abe x 3, Cedric x 3, Trace x 3, Travis x 3, Vickie x 3, Will x 3, Corey x 2, Joan x 2, Pennie x 2, Angela x 2, Ava x 2, Seth, Me, and Carolina!  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 11 chances to hit a new PR. The PR's you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It's all about mindset!

    nutritionist jason yun motivates you to fat lossA speaker held up a $20 bill in a room of 200, he asked, “Who would like this $20 bill?” Hands went up. He said, “I am going to give this $20 to 1 of you but 1st, let me do this.”

    He crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He asked, “Who still wants it…?” Still hands were up in the air. “Well, What if I do this?” he dropped it on the ground & started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled & dirty. “Now, who still wants it?” Hands went in the air.

    “My friends, we have all learned a valuable lesson. No matter what I did you still wanted the money, it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled & ground into the dirt by the decisions we make & the circumstances that come our way. We may feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

    Dirty-clean, crumpled-finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE.

    You are special-Don't EVER forget it.” If you do not pass this on, you may never know the lives it touches, the hurting hearts it speaks to, or the hope that it may bring. Count your blessings, not problems.
