The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This week We had 25 new PRâsÂ this week!Â Nice job, Mike x 4, Me x 4, Will x 3, Abe x2, Caleb x 2, COrey x 2, Vince, Traci, Trace, Swathi, Nadia, Carolina and Ava!Â Â WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PRâs thisÂ week!Â
This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 19 chances to hit a new PR. Respective days Monday-Saturday is 2,3, 5, 5, 3,1. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!Â
Earlier morning ?? was a bunch of ??? but that still is no excuse not to get outside and see the ?because it is out there. Nothing is better then sunlight and nothing is more important for your health then the morning sun before UV shows up.
It sets the ‘programing’ in your body to turn on the hormone factory in your body—the correct hormones.
Morning email, TV, coffee set off the wrong hormones and F you up over time. Diseases of aging are sped up if you don’t respect your circadian biology. This isÂ #1.
