    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of July 29th – August 3rd, 2019- Strength training for men & women in their 50's, Hilliard

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 26 new PR’s this week!  New all-time record by a lot!!! Nice job, Abe x 6, Pennie x 3, Joan x 2, Will x 2, Mikayla, Mike, Nadia, Penelope, Angela, Cedric, Erica, me, Penny, Robin, and Seth  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 21 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!

    Challenges of Life

    We all face challenges. The biggest is usually ourselves. The word ‘Can't' is something that I'm attempting to wipe out of my Daughter's vocabulary. You never know what you can and can't do until you fully commit—when your SHOULDs become MUSTs.
    Life is one big challenge. You are either in a challenge, just got out of one, or are headed towards one. Some people refer to challenges as different things– problems, reasons, excuses, etc….
    Take life by the balls! Make the rest of your life the best of your life! The world needs you to unleash your greatness!

    This is not  a game. This is your life. You only get one. Make the best of it and conquer the day!
