    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of July 24th – July 27th, 2019- Weight Loss Fitness Class near Dublin, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 41 new PR’s this week!  2nd highest all-time record (48)!!! Nice job, Abe x 6, Swathi x 5, Pennie x 4, Carolina x 3, Travis x 3, Trace x 3, Will x 2, Penny x 2, Robin x 2, Cedric x 2, Cohen x 2, Erica x 2, Jon C, Penelope, Caleb, Vickie, and Rae!   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 19 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!

    Everybody wants something better and greater for them self and family. Realize that this requires change. To reach a point where enough is enough and for the change to happen and you to take action towards that change will require suffering

    Suffering will be different for everybody but realize it is required. Sometimes it will be physical pain, mental, emotional, spiritual, relationship pain, career pain, etc…..
