The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 11 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â

Age has been proven time and time again to be just a number. It seems those who focus on health and wellness tend to defy age and maybe even reverse it. And those that DO NOT focus on their health tend to age much faster– which shows in their appearance, health and attitude.
Remember it has been proven over and over again that inactivity is just as bad as smoking. If you are waiting for someone else to fix you then you will be waiting forever and you will suffer from one of the many modern day diseases.
Diseases of aging do not pop up overnight. It takes a lifetime of bad decisions. Make the right one, because people depend on you to be a better you and make them better. We don't need a world full of jabronis being put on prescriptions drugs to mask symptoms and cause further decay in mind and body.
