The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 19 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â
Is there really such a thing as Perfection? If there is, is it a sustainable way to live?
Strive for improvement instead ??
Because everybody’s definition of perfection will be different. Your ego won’t run your life. And you know when you are moving forward
Everybody takes back steps and falls down—you are human. Get back up and IMPROVE so that mistake is just another stepping stone ?another lesson learned.
Drop the ego, drop the perfection, strive to improve just a little bit each day. The world is
