    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of  January 6th- January 11th, 2020 and all of 2019- Jason Yun Online Training Gym

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online Training, LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and our Fat Dad Program, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This  week We had 49  new PR’s this week!  Nice job Abe x 8 (new PR record), Ethan x 6, Will x 6, Me x 5, Cedric x 4, Trace x 3, Kimberlee x 3, Vince x 2, Tanya x 2, Corey x 2, Daneil x 2, Travis, Pennie, Rae, Penelope, Aaron, and Caleb, !   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 26 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

    Motivation can drive you at any instant as long as you have it when you need it. However sometimes you won't have it, or sometimes the things that motivated you before won't give you the same motivation as they once did.

    WHY— Why do you want something different?

    It needs to be personal, it needs to be something that will get you to do it, even though you would much rather be doing something else.

    It needs you to say ‘NO' to that office donut or bagel and drinks after work and YES to hitting the workout instead.
    Sometimes we will miss. And we will give in to the old habits. You are not perfect and never will be.

    You have to start in order to change things. Hoping and wishing will get you nothing. You have to start in order to get that drive– to get that inspiration from within You…….You have to start to find motivation in others that hopefully will fuel your fire and drive.

    This is not a game. This is your life. We need you to be driven to create a better you because that is going to motivate and inspire others and that will make the world a better place.

    Fill the world up with positivity and go get what is yours!
