    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of January 26th- February 1st, 2020- Jason Yun Fitness Coach Weight Loss

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online Training, LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and our Fat Dad Program, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    Biggest PR was by Trace moving up 50 pounds in the good morning! 

    This  week We had 34  new PR’s this week!  Nice job Tanya x 4, Travis x 4, Will x 3, Ethan x 3, Trace x 2, Aaron x 2, Abe x 2, Cedric x2, Me x 2, Kimberlee x 2, Pennie x 2, Rae, Mike, Caleb Cohen, Daniel, and Isaac, ,  !   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 26 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

    Change is hard. Especially hard if you talk bad to yourself. YOU are the only YOU. Love yourself, talk differently to YOU. You can talk yourself in or out of any situation. Talk yourself into the things you know will change your life. Talk yourself out of the things you know will keep you in struggle.
    You will always be pulled back by that little voice. Smash that little voice. It will take time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. The ultimate version of YOU will not be built in a day. However today, you start with the best version you can be right now. Know this to be true!
    Now do 1-2 things today that you know will drive your life forward, the tomorrow realize that a better You has awoken!
