The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or ourÂ Improvement Warrior Online Training,Â LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and ourÂ Fat Dad Program, and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 22 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!
What is the stuff holding you back that is keeping you from your dreams?
We all have stuff ?I gets in our way of allowing ourselves to move closer to our goals, dreams, ??purpose for our life.
It is absolutely vital that we figure out what that stuff is and how we can deal with it. Does that stuff even need to be done, or could it be pushed off another day or another week or another month?
In today’s society it’s looks on as a badge of honor to be the Busy ??Bee. Busy all the time and when that happens we lose sense of our self and our purpose and our goals. And a lot of times other areas of our life will be affected oh, a lot of the times it will be our health.????
That is why it is important to plan our days so that we can work on ourselves and work on our priorities and work on our goals and work on our purpose.
Because if you don’t you’ll basically be living the same days over and over and over again and expecting different results. Expected a new number to bring something new, like the number of 2019, well if you don’t do anything now in terms of planning then there will be a new number of 2020 and the same thing will happen over and over again!
Do something now! The world ?needs you to shine today???
