    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of February 24th- February 29th, 2020- Weight Training Instructions for women-Hilliard, Dublin, New Albany, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online Training, LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and our Fat Dad Program, and our New Albany Small Group Training Program, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    Biggest PR was by Corey moving up 61.75 pounds in the Lunge

    This  week We had 53  new PR’s this week! NEW PR RECORD!!!! Nice job  Corey x 9 (New PR individual record!), Abe x 7, Will x 6, Aaron x 5, Ethan x 4, Mike  x 3, Kimberlee x 3, Me x 3, Cohen x 3, Jackie x 2, Tanya x 2, Cedric, Travis, Trace,  !   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    There will be many challenges and you will fall down your Mountain many times, however you will catch yourself before you slide all the way back down because you are creating different versions of you each step that you go up your Mountain!
    Each step makes you a better you, and each fall makes it even better you. So keep moving forward oh, and keep falling and keep getting up and keep dominating! The world ??needs you to shine today
