    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of February 17th- February 22nd, 2020- Strength & Weight Training Hilliard & New Albany, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online Training, LBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and our Fat Dad Program, and our New Albany Small Group Training Program, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    Biggest PR was by Mike moving up 30 pounds in the Lateral raises! 

    This  week We had 23  new PR’s this week!  Nice job  Me x 4, Will x 3, Daniel x 3, Abe x 2, Ethan x 2, Ron x 2, Travis x 2, Isaac, Mike, Aaron, Caleb, Cedric,  !   WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 20 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

And when you have the mindset of I want things easy then it’s going to appear that those things pop up a lot more frequently in your life.

    And that is why it is vital for you cultivate a mindset that can drive through anything. Don’t wish for things to be easy and nice. Wish the hardest thing to pop up in your life so that you can take that bitch and Conquer it like a master!

    Life doesn’t get easier , you just keep better! And your mind keeps getting stronger, and you train your body to get stronger, every area of your life keeps getting stronger because you keep doing the things, the little things that you need to do to become the best version of you
