    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This  week We had 10 new PR’s this week!  Nice job Daniel x 2, Ethan x 2, Jon x 2, Tanya x 2,  Kimberlee and Travis!  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 18 chances to hit a new PR. The PR's you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It's all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

    Excuses!

    Excuses excuses excuses! Sometimes we can put off certain things because they really will not make that big of an impact on our overall life.

    However there is a course those areas of our life that we must make a priority and we must stay consistent with doing it. As I mentioned in videos, our sleep, Stress Management, Nutrition, Fitness, staying away from negative people oh, these are all things that we need to make a priority because otherwise they will affect our health.

    And once you lose your health you lose everything!

    Everything will get harder when you lose your health. You have to take your health and your body seriously right now! Because if you don't the longer you wait the harder it's going to be to reverse whatever symptom, whatever sickness, whatever disease ????that you get. And if you don't focus on those priorities that I just mentioned you will eventually get something!
    ?️‍♂️
    However a lot of people we'll just sit and think and never do anything. Some will just talk and never do anything???! It's all about action!
    ?️‍♂️
    Because most diseases and sicknesses can be reversed and cured. But not every person can be cured.
