The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
ThisÂ week We had just 6Â new PRâsÂ this week!Â Nice job Will , Me, Abe, Kimberlee, Trace, and Travis!Â Â WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PRâs thisÂ week!Â
This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 18 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â
Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!
It is another day in the life of YOU.
A day where you decide what gets done and what doesn’t get done.
A day where you decide if you workout today or not.
A day you decide how much movement you get throughout the whole day or if you just sit on your ass.
A day where you decide if you are going to go after your goals or a day where you decide if you let all the distractions pull you in yet another day.
Choose the direction you want to go today.
You cannot stay the same.
You are either getting better or you are getting worse.
It is that simple.
