    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of August 5th – August 10th, 2019- Hilliard Weight Loss Fitness Class

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 39 new PR’s this week!   Nice job, Will x 5, Cedric x 5, Abe x 4, Corey x 3, Erica x 3, Mike Mc x 3, Angela x 2, Me x 2, Rae x 2, Travis x 2, Carolina, Chris,  Isaac, Mikayla, Nadia, Pennie,  and Trace! WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    This week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 21 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset!

    Motivation Sucks!

    Everybody has the motivation to show up for a day, or a week, or sometimes a month.

    However that is not going to change you. When you do realize how out of shape you truly are and this journey back to health is going to be hard……..well that's when the motivation starts to wane for most people.
    ⏰
    You have got to want it.
    ⏰
    And you have got to know WHY you are doing this.
    ⏰
    Fitness and strength can be a lot of fun, but it f*&king sucks when you are out of shape. It's a lot easier to stay in shape then it is to get in shape.
    ⏰
    WHY do you need this?
    ⏰
    Is it to prevent disease, reverse disease, play with your kids, see your kids or grandkids grow up, feel good about yourself, feel comfortable in your skin, be able to go on that hike/swim/bike ride, not be a burden to family members……..list goes on and on………
    ⏰
    Here is one reason that won't keep you motivated—- doing it because _____ says so.
    ⏰
    You have got to want it for yourself.
    ⏰
    You will fall down. You will stumble. You will fail. Just like anything in life.
    ⏰
    Don't give in. Because if you can look up then you can get up.
    ⏰
    You have got greatness within YOU! The world ?needs you to shine?? today!
