The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 7 chances to hit a new PR. The PR's you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It's all about mindset!Â
Product of your environment…..
We create our lives with the choices we make and the environment we are in.
Environment can be many things:
â people we let in
â people we keep out
â the food we eat or dont eat
â the water we drink or dont drink
â the amount of TV â amount of artificial light we get
â amount of sunlight we get or do not
â our work place
â our exercise habits
â our sleep routine
â our hygiene routine
The list can go on and on.
We need to study our environment and see what is holding us back. Because if anything sucks in our life then that means the environment sucks.
Health needs to be the highest priority because most environments can suck the life out of our health. Not overnight but slowly overtime where sometimes you dont even notice.
Get to greatness. The path is not easy:
Dont waste your life. Time is precious and so are you. Love you first and your world will change. The ? needs you to shine today ??
