The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This week We had 29 new PRâs this week!Â Â Nice job, Abe x 3, Me x 3, Swathi x 3, Gio x 2, Mike Mc x 2, Nadia x 2, Penelope x 2, Pennie x 2, Sri x 2, Will x 2, Mikayla, Traci, Travis, Isaac, Cedric, and Cohen,! WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PRâs thisÂ week!Â
This week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
This coming week we have a total 24 chances to hit a new PR. The PRâs you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- Itâs all about mindset!Â
If you dont know why you are on this ? then it simply means you are wandering too much, being led and influenced by other people ,things, and marketing.
It does matter. This isn’t the next day in your life, it is the NEXT DAY in an IT DOES MATTER LIFE.
