The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

Full week this week, so letâs smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â
Quitting takes just as much effort as keep going.
In fact I would say it takes more. Because you invested all this time. And then when the times get tough you stop. That leads to everything in life.
Life is not supposed to be easy.
That is why you only see the top make it.
Recently I passed FitRanX Level 8. I joined FitRanX in March of 2014.
I had failed level 6 and 7 more then any other person. Level 7 at least 20 times. I lost count.
However, everytime I took it I got a little bit better. It was just back to the drawing board.
And you take that into every aspect of your life. That is how you get better. Don’t quit.
