    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of April 15-April 27th, 2019- FitRanx & Strength Training- Columbus, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 13 new PR’s and the previous week we had 24!  Nice job, Cedric  x 6, Will x 3, Drake x 3, Penny x 3, Pam x 3, Robin x 2, Corey, Cynthia, Diana, Me, John, Jon, Judy, Karen,  Pennie, Tina, Traci, Rae, Trace, Mason, Mike Mc. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    Full week this week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).

    How many times are you going to quit?

    Quitting takes just as much effort as keep going.

    In fact I would say it takes more. Because you invested all this time. And then when the times get tough you stop. That leads to everything in life.

    Life is not supposed to be easy.

    That is why you only see the top make it.

    Recently I passed FitRanX Level 8. I joined FitRanX in March of 2014.

    I had failed level 6 and 7 more then any other person. Level 7 at least 20 times. I lost count.

    However, everytime I took it I got a little bit better. It was just back to the drawing board.

    And you take that into every aspect of your life. That is how you get better. Don't quit.
