The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

It’s important to get outside and see the sunrise every single morning for the rest of your life because it is basically setting your eye? clock up for success and letting it know that it is morning time and it is time to turn on the hormone Factory, aka the âcorrect âFactory, in order to start Conquering the day.
Even when it is raining it’s important to get outside and make sure that your eye?? clock is seeing what time it actually is. Because your brain will know what time it is just by being outside.
However if the first thing that you see when you wake up is either your? phone, you turn on a blue lights? , your alarm clock, Etc. Then you just told your body and eyes that it is 12:00 noon and that is a huge circadian mismatch.???
The more mismatches that we have in our life then the faster we will get hit with symptoms of a disease and also the actual disease.??
Mother Nature? makes no mistakes. Humans make them all the time. Learn from them if you better today then you work tomorrow! The world ?needs you to shine today???
