    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of March 11th- March 16th, 2019- Strength Training for men & women near Dublin, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 29 new PR’s this week!  Nice job, Me x 5, Tanya x 4, Me x 4,, , Mason x 3,  Karen x 3, Mike Mc x 2, Robin x 2, Will x 2, Vickie, Swathi,  Rae, Arati, Beth, Cedric, Brandy, Mike Mag, Logan, Isaac, and Jon. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    Attitude and Mindset

    Are you killing yourself with your attitude and mindset?

    Like I said you are going to appear weird when you start focusing on your health. Because the key to health is not going to be found in mainstreamsunlight and circadian biology jason yun media or the traditional Route of nutrition , training.

    It's going to be found elsewhere! Because the traditional advice companies that market to us are virtually killing us, and they are turning us into obedient idiots , unable to think for ourselves and actually do the research required. Because not everything is for everybody.

    However training your mind is for everybody. Because if you let our mind become entranced by jabronies and roody poo companies who just want to sell us the next best thing then you will become a zombie. My hope is to wake me up and become an improvement Warrior!

    That starts with a different mindset. Things get hard you keep going! You get stronger body mind spirit and everything!

    Life is always a challenge and the more you level up oh, the better you become then the more you too the mindset of an improvement Warrior the world?? I need you to shine today?????
