    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of January 27th-February 2nd,, 2019- Hilliard, OH Group Fitness Training

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 28 new PR’s this week.  Nice job, Cedric x 5, Trace x 4, Logan x 3, Becky x 2, Katie N x 2, Karen M, x 2 , Mike mag x 2, Swathi, Jon, Jackie, Brandy,  Robin, Rae, Pennie, and Traci! WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    What is the stuff holding you back that is keeping you from your dreams?

    We all have stuff ?I gets in our way of allowing ourselves to move closer to our goals, dreams, ??purpose for our life.
    ?
    It is absolutely vital that we figure out what that stuff is and how we can deal with it. Does that stuff even need to be done, or could it be pushed off another day or another week or another month?
    ?
    In today’s society it’s looks on as a badge of honor to be the Busy ??Bee. Busy all the time and when that happens we lose sense of our self and our purpose and our goals. And a lot of times other areas of our life will be affected oh, a lot of the times it will be our health.????
    ?
    That is why it is important to plan our days so that we can work on ourselves and work on our priorities and work on our goals and work on our purpose.
    ?
    Because if you don’t you’ll basically be living the same days over and over and over again and expecting different results. Expected a new number to bring something new, like the number of 2019, well if you don’t do anything now in terms of planning then there will be a new number of 2020 and the same thing will happen over and over again!

    Have you started the year off with excuses and putting the things off that you need to do that you know will make you better.?
    ?
    Those things that get you better are the things that most people procrastinate on. However when we do that, each time that we do that it becomes easier and easier and easier to do it again and again and again to the point where eventually we either stay the same or usually we get worse. Because if you’re not doing the things that challenge you on a daily basis and a consistent basis then your mindset is going to go to crap???
    ?
    So what is the thing that you need to do it’s going to challenge you??? The thing that you have a little bit of fear about doing?
    ?
    Every time you do it it gets a little bit easier! So do it today and then plan when you going to do it again and make that fear your little bitch! The world??? needs you to shine ????today!
