    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of Janaury 21st-January 26th, 2019- Hilliard, OH Group Fitness Training

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had ​14​ new PR’s this week.  Nice job, ​Swathi x 3, Isaac x 2, Mason x 2, Trace x 2, Arati, Becky, Brittani, ​Cedric, ​and Penelope! WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    ????Strength in mind body and life

    That is the key to life. With strength training I truly believe that you can transform all areas of your life. Because with a stronger body comes a stronger mind, a stronger posture, stronger self-esteem, and that leads into every area of your life.
    There are many ways to increase your strength. However the best way is width weight training, interval training, high intensity interval training, whatever you want to call it. But the main thing is that you are progressively getting stronger and not doing the same weights over and over again. Women should not be afraid uplifting heavyweights and even weights heavier than most men can handle. Because that is the best way to shape and tone and burn the body fat and the cellulite off your body. And that's what everybody wants look better naked!??
    It don't just be a cardio king or queen. Because Studies have shown that is all you do is cardiovascular exercise or anaerobic exercise with no strength training then eventually your body will break down. And the number one cause of death from accidents after the age of 65 is from Falls. Chronic cardio your muscles don't need to be strong and powerful they just need to be efficient. Plus the constant wear and tear on the joints can cause pain individual stoppage of exercise.
    If you need help in this area of strength let me know, but you've got to get stronger and you got to stay consistent otherwise nothing will change.
