    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 32 new PR’s this week! NEW RECORD!  Nice job, Arati x 2, Cedric x 3, Brandy, Brittani, Corey, Heather, Jon, Karen, Katie N x 3, Mason x 3, Mike Mag, Mike Mc x 2, Penelope, Pennie x 2, Robin x 2, Swathi x 5, Tanya, and Vickie. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    Comfort zone versus uncomfort Zone
    ⏰

    So I talked a lot about the comfort zone and getting out of it in order to create the life that you want, the body ????that you want, the help that you want, etc etc.
    ❄
    However there are certain things that we can stay in our comfort zone with because that and those things give us joy?
    ⏰
    That is why we need to create an uncomfortable Zone. And this is the Zone need to spend as much time ⏰⏰as possible throughout the day. Because when we are uncomfortable we are training both our body ?️‍♂️and our mind. They are one in the same. So if you are not draining your body you are not training your mind and vice versa.
    ❄
    The mind is far more important to get control of because if we don't it will bring us back constantly bring his back to our old self. Change is hard, however it is even harder the more you stay your comfort zone.

    The world?? needs you to shine??? today! So shine!
