The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

It's much easier to do things when it is convenient or things are nicer outside or when you are feeling like it.
However that is not life , because you are going to be thrown circumstances , people , things you don't like. And when you have the mindset of I want things easy then it's going to appear that those things pop up a lot more frequently in your life.
And that is why it is vital for you cultivate a mindset that can drive through anything. Don't wish for things to be easy and nice. Wish the hardest thing to pop up in your life so that you can take that bitch and Conquer it like a master!
Life doesn't get easier , you just keep better! And your mind keeps getting stronger, and you train your body to get stronger, every area of your life keeps getting stronger because you keep doing the things, the little things that you need to do to become the best version of you
