The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
No Training, no strength equals NO ENERGY!
Life is all about energy, if you don't have it then you're not going to have the life that you want to have!
There are certain things that we need to do in order to have unlimited energy and optimal energy. However if you don't do those things the energy will be sucked out of you.
I just put up both parts of the 13 pillars of Health webinar. The things that attract most to energy are going to be your circadian biology, your mindset oh, your light environment, water Mama sleep, nutrition, Your EMS exposure, and your Fitness and movement
I know that is a lot. However if you don't have energy you're not going to have the life you want! And actually it is going to suck!
So you better get on it change your ways, before some major disease hits you and then your energy sucks even more!
