The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

Full week this week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).Â

Resetting your circadian biology is not that hard when you understand the difference between good light and bad.
Seeing the sunrise every morning or at least before UVA light comes in is the number 1 way to reset your clocks. Our body is run by clocks and the eye clock is the most important one. It is the head coach.
Obesity and all disease starts in the eye. Melatonin needs to be created in the morning without fail otherwise sleep will suffer and eventually you will suffer and be hit with a modern man disease.
When you know better you do better. Do better. The ? needs you to shine today ??
