    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had ​32​ new PR’s ​this week!  Nice job, ​Tanya x 4, Corey x 3, Cedric x 2, Isaac x 2, Karen x 2, Mason x 2 , Mike Mc x 2, Swathi x 2, Will x 2, Vince, Arati, Cynthia, Diana, Indra, Jackie, Jon, Matt C, Nadia, Penelope, and Penny! . WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    Full week this week, so let’s smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).

    Life is about energy.

    If you don't get the proper light that you need (sunlight) and avoid the light you don't (artificial light) or at least wear protection then your energy will suffer. Do that long enough then disease will present itself to you.
    This isn't a game. It's your life. It's your body. You only get one. Choose wisely.
