    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 9 new PR’s this week!  Nice job, Mike Mag x 2, Cedric,  Rae, Tanya, and me x 3. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    Full week this week, so let's smash our previous best. Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds).

    I used to tell people to eat whole grains????
    I used to tell people to eat frosted flakes???? after a workout because it will replenish your glycogen stores faster.

    I used to avoid cholesterol and saturated???? fat.

    I didn't know what I didn't know. Now I do. And there are so many other things I dont know. However I learn….. I read….listen…

    Watch……or I hire someone to teach me.

    You can't be ignorant in the era of information. Unfortunately there are a lot of distractions and the distractions are well aware of this and they try and keep you distracted.

    These distractions become the habits that dictate our days, life and health.

    I'm here to free you from the distractions and the past beliefs that kill people.
